We are looking for an aquaria manager with experience and enthusiasm rearing clownfish from eggs until settlement (18dph) to join our exciting international ANR funded project in Moorea, French Polynesia working on larval qualities of the orangefin anemonefish, Amphiprion chrysopterus. Previous experience and enthusiasm to succeed is essential as well as a flexible working ethic. The hatching and rearing of this species has recently been completed in our aquaria, so the protocol is already known. The job description entails all aspects of hatching wild-caught eggs and rearing larvae, including rearing rotifers and artemia as well as maintaining the filtration system and the tanks. Fieldwork in the lagoon of Moorea is encouraged if desired. We are offering a position until mid June 2018 and to start ASAP (dec 2017 or jan 2018).
