Previous experience of working in a support role within the academic sector would be preferable but not essential. The role is expected to develop over time as new techniques and technologies emerge. Therefore you must have a flexible and proactive approach and be committed to developing and sharing specialist skills in GIS, Remote Sensing and aligned spatial technologies.
